Bulls guard Payne to miss start of season

Bulls guard Cameron Payne is having more problems with his right foot. A team source confirmed Payne will have surgery on the foot and is expected to be sidelined until late November. The news was first reported by yahoo.com. Payne missed the first three months of last season while recovering from a foot injury and returned shortly before being traded from Oklahoma City to the Bulls. Payne had a screw inserted in the foot last summer, but said he was completely healthy when he reported to the Bulls in February.
