Editorial: Start with failures of existing gun laws, but don't stop there

This Daily Herald editorial, the last of a series on the Aurora shootings, reflects on the failures in existing Illinois laws that permitted the killer to keep a weapon he wasn't supposed to have and again urges lawmakers to get serious about gun laws to prevent such tragedies.
