Prairie Arts Festival returns to Schaumburg over Memorial Day weekend

After two-year hiatus due to the pandemic, the Prairie Arts Festival in Schaumburg returns this month for its 33rd edition.

The fine art and fine craft exhibition and sale will be held over Memorial Day Weekend outdoors on the grounds of the Robert O. Atcher Municipal Center, 101 Schaumburg Court, Schaumburg. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, May 28 and Sunday, May 29.

About 100 painters, sculptors, photographers, jewelers, potters and other artists will display their work. The event also features entertainment on three stages, a food truck court and children's art activities.

Admission and parking is free.
