Mundelein Arts Commission hosts drive-in holiday show this weekend

The Mundelein Arts Commission will host a drive-in holiday event at 5:15 p.m. and 7 p.m. both Saturday, Dec. 11 and Sunday, Dec. 12, next to village hall, 300 Plaza Circle.

Attendees can pull in and tune in their radios for a 30-minute interactive show featuring holiday songs and a fun radio story, all while enjoying the lights of the village's tree display.

Attendees are encouraged to decorate their vehicles and wear their most festive holiday outfits for a chance to win prizes in the Festive Family Competition.

To ensure an enjoyable and safe experience for everyone, reservations are required. The performance will be broadcast using a short-range radio, so spots are limited to 40 vehicles per show.
