• Riya Patel and Brayden Bobowski - Voice of Democracy Essay Contest Winners • Brayden Bobowski, Congressional Debate State semifinalist • VFW Patriotic Seniors Award, Kaylyn Ahn and Brayden Bobowski • IHSA Speech Regional Champion; Ariel Williams was 3rd at IHSA State in Oratorical Declamation, 2nd at IHSA State in Special Occasion Speaking

• 10th in State Co-Ed Cheerleading

What traditional events were adapted for the pandemic and how?

We added a car parade on Graduation Day. Prom was outdoors on school grounds.

Principal's reflections on the Class of 2021:

These Grenadiers have endured more challenges than any graduating class in my career, and they have done so with resiliency and class. They are artists, teachers, manufacturers, entrepreneurs, engineers, and most importantly, good people. The leaders who rise out of this group will challenge every one of us to make this world better. #WeAreEG
