Kane County health app available
Kane County Health Department has unveiled a smartphone application to serve as a new way for the department to connect with residents and visitors.
The free mobile app offers quick access to items of public interest. Features include: wellness check; COVID-19 vaccine clinics, testing sites and resources; resource maps; contact information; news and news releases; instant push notifications; health protection; mental health; video resources; and social media.
The app is available for download for free in the App Store and Google Play. Search "Kane County Health IL" to download the app.
The app was funded by fderal Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act funds and developed by ThePublicHealthApp.com, a division of OCV LLC
