Early polling places in the Fox Valley

Kane County

The Kane County clerk's office has seven permanent early voting and grace period registration sites. A complete list of all early voting sites and hours is available at www.kanecountyclerk.org/Elections/Pages/Early-Voting.aspx.

Three permanent sites• Kane County clerk's main office at 719 S. Batavia Ave., Bldg. B in Geneva

• Kane County clerk's satellite office, 5 E. Downer Place in Aurora

• Kane County Branch Court Conference Center, 530 S. Randall Road in St. Charles.

Hours at above three sites

• 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays, March 22 to April 5

• Extended until 7 p.m. March 29-April 2.

• 9 a.m. to noon Sat., March 27

• 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sundays, March 28 and April 4

• 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sat., April 3.

4 more permanent sites• Carpentersville Fire Station No. 93, 5000 Sleepy Hollow Road

• Elgin Township office, 729 S. McLean Blvd., Elgin

• Vaughn Athletic Center, 2121 W. Indian Trail in Aurora

• Gail Borden Public Library, 270 N. Grove Ave., Elgin

• 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays, , March 22 to April 4

• With extended evening hours until 7 p.m. March 29-April 2.

• 9 a.m. to noon Sat., March 27

• 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, March 28, but noon to 4 at Gail Borden site.

• 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sat., April 3

• 9 a.m. to noon Sat., March 27

• 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, April 3, but Gail Borden site opens at 9.

• 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sun., April 4.

• Then 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday, April 5, final day of early voting.

• Sugar Grove Public Library, 125 S. Municipal Drive

• Town & Country Public Library, 320 E. North St. in Elburn

• West Dundee Village Hall, 102 S. Second St.

Kane County Vote MobilesThe Kane County Vote Mobiles will be traveling around the county. It will be parked in the Jewel-Osco parking lots from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. as follows:

• March 22-23 in Batavia

• March 22-24 on Galena Boulevard in Aurora

• March 24 on Kirk Road in St. Charles

• March 25 in Huntley

• March 26 in Elburn

• March 29 on Larkin Avenue in Elgin

• March 30-31 in West Dundee

It also will make these stops:

• March 25-26 at the Prisco Community Center, 150 W. Illinois Ave. in Aurora

• March 29-30 at Phillips Park Stover Center, 1000 Ray Moses Drive in Aurora

• March 31 at the North Aurora Police Department, 200 S. Lincolnway.

McHenry County

All ballot styles for McHenry County are available at all early voting centers; voters may choose the site most convenient for them. Voters who have requested a vote-by-mail ballot but choose to vote in person may go to the polls and surrender the vote-by-mail ballot. Visit www.mchenrycountyil.gov.

• McHenry Township office, 3703 N. Richmond Road in Johnsburg

• Nunda Township office, 3510 Bay Road in Crystal Lake

• McHenry City Hall, 333 S. Green St.

• Lake in the Hills Village Hall, 600 Harvest Gate.

Hours at above five locations:

• 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays, March 22-April 5

• With extended evening hours until 7 p.m. March 29-April 5.

• 9 a.m. to noon Sat., March 27

• 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, April 3-4.

Five more sites• Huntley Park District, 12015 Mill St. in Huntley

• Cary Area Public Library, 1606 Three Oaks Road in Cary

• Algonquin Area Public Library, 2600 Harnish Drive in Algonquin

• Dunham Township office, 107 Airport Road in Harvard

• Marengo City Hall, 132 E. Prairie St.

Hours at above five sites:

• 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays starting March 22, and 9 a.m. to noon Saturdays, March 27 and April 3. But the Harvard and Marengo sites are not open March 27.
