Wheaton library expanding weekend hours

The Wheaton Public Library is extending weekend hours, starting this Saturday.

The library will be open for "grab and go" service on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sundays from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Weekday hours will remain the same. Curbside service will continue being offered Mondays through Fridays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Grab and go service includes browsing, material check out and public computer use only. The library asks that patrons limit their time in the library to 30 minutes. Tables and chairs also are not available.

Face coverings over both the mouth and nose are required for all library employees and visitors over the age of 2. Six feet of physicial distancing must be maintained. For more details, visit wheatonlibrary.org.
