A fast casual teriyaki bowl restaurant grand opens Thursday in Rolling Meadows.

Teriyaki Madness is located at 1319 Golf Road in a storefront space once home to The Joint and adjacent to Jimmy John's.

The Seattle-style teriyaki shop concept offers customizable bowls with a protein (chicken, steak, salmon or tofu), stir-fried vegetables, and a base of steamed white, brown or fried rice or Yakisoba noodles.

During the official grand opening from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday, regular and chicken teriyaki bowls will be priced at $5. On Saturday, the store will donate $1 from every regular bowl to WINGS Program, the local domestic service provider.
