Wheaton library offering 'grab and go'

Wheaton Public Library will remain open for "grab and go," curbside, and virtual library services in compliance with the latest Tier 3 Resurgence Mitigations in the state's Restore Illinois Plan.

Grab and go service in the building includes browsing, material check out, and public computer use only. Tables and chairs are not available for patron use.

Patrons are asked to limit their time in the library to 30 minutes and any staff interaction to less than 10 minutes. Face coverings that cover both mouth and nose are required for all library staff and patrons over the age of 2 and six feet of distance must be maintained. Patrons also are asked to stay home if they or a member of their family is currently ill or exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19.

It is encouraged that patrons limit their visits to the library during this time by checking out extra materials.
