Wheeling police hosting 'Ghoul's Out' event Saturday

The Wheeling Police Department will host a "Ghoul's Out" drive-through trick-or-treating event from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday to help kids celebrate Halloween safely.

Kids in costume and their families can drive up to village hall, 2 Community Blvd., and receive the goodie bags. Social distancing measures will be followed.


The event is sponsored by the Village of Wheeling, Walmart, Target, Matt's Cookies, Accu-Fab, Inc. and the Knights of Columbus Wheeling Chapter.
