Mural dedication Thursday to mark Lovell Federal Health Care Center's anniversary
The public is invited to an online ribbon cutting and reception at 1:30 p.m. Thursday to celebrate a new mural marking the 10th anniversary of the Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center.
Fifteen veterans worked with mural artists over the past year using a combination of Zoom, social distancing and creative collaboration to create the mural. Thursday's event features the mural creators and Lovell as special guest.
The event will be livestreamed. Visit brushwoodcenter.org to register. The video also will be available later at the Lovell FHCC Facebook page.
