South Hart Road targeted for reopening by Aug. 17 in Barrington
Reopening of South Hart Road in Barrington is expected by Aug. 17. Village officials announced that substantial completion of the Route 14/Northwest Highway-Hart Road intersection improvement project is projected in November. Officials said South Hart will have new pavement when it reopens.
