Glenbard Parent Series hosts webinar on 'building resilience'

Superintendents of DuPage County school districts that feed into the Glenbard high schools will moderate a webinar Wednesday about strengthening emotional health in children.

Dr. Ken Ginsburg, a pediatrician, will return to the Glenbard Parent Series for the livestream, titled "Building Resilience in Challenging and Turbulent Times." Ginsburg's presentation will begin at 7 p.m. Wednesday, on the Glen Ellyn District 41 YouTube channel.

Ginsburg will speak for 35 minutes, and then answer parents' questions sent in advance to Gilda Ross at gilda_ross@glenbard.org.

School leaders scheduled to appear include Glenbard High School District 87 Superintendent David Larson; Glen Ellyn School District 41 Superintendent Melissa Kaczkowski; Marquardt District 15 Superintendent Jerry O'Shea; Queen Bee School District 16 Superintendent Joseph Williams; Lombard School District 44 Superintendent Ted Stec; Glen Ellyn Elementary District 89 Superintendent Emily Tammaru; and Carol Stream Elementary District 93 Superintendent David Hill.
