Arlington Heights surveying residents on capital improvement needs
Arlington Heights is seeking residents' input on future construction projects they would like included as part of the village's capital improvement program.
Village officials are working on a five-year capital improvement program, a financial planning, budgeting and management tool that identifies public facility, infrastructure, and equipment replacement and repairs, and schedules them for funding and implementation.
