Learn about Civil War photography at Palatine library program

The program "Wet Plate Photography and the Civil War" is scheduled from 7 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 4, at the Palatine Public Library District.

Rebecca Tulloch will address the history and use of wet plate photography during the Civil War and the work of famous lensmen Louis Daguerre and Mathew Brady.
