New interim principal at Robert Frost Elementary in Mount Prospect

This story has been updated to reflect that Jeffrey Brusso's move was a reassignment.

Robert Frost Elementary School in Mount Prospect has a new interim principal for the remainder of the school year after its principal was reassigned to a new district administrative position.

Brigid Ohlwein, who was Wheeling Township Elementary District 21's Title I/III coordinator, is now interim principal, while Jeffrey Brusso is the new district coordinator of research and development. The responsibilities of the Title I/III coordinator will be assumed by an existing administrator, district officials said.

The school board approved the personnel appointments Thursday night.
