Barrington library hosting program to help cord-cutters

Barrington Area Library will host a program for those interested in dumping cable or satellite television.

Scheduled from 6 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 7, in the library conference room, potential cord-cutters will have an opportunity to learn about popular video streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime and Hulu. The tech topics evening also will offer information about devices that can be used to watch the streamed content.
