District 62 releases new annual report

Des Plaines Elementary School District 62 has launched its first annual report, which features fast facts about the district, financial updates and a student data overview.

The report also provides a review of the Year 1 implementation of the district's five-year strategic plan, adopted by the board of education in June 2018.

"We are very proud of the work we accomplished this past school year," Superintendent Paul E. Hertel said in a news release. "Connecting with our staff, parents and community and remaining transparent will be our continued focus. We hope that this annual report will serve as a resource of information for people interested in learning more about our district which is an integral part of the community."

The annual report is available on the District 62 website, www.d62.org, in English (bit.ly/62AnnualReport), Spanish (bit.ly/62AnnualReportES) and Polish (bit.ly/62AnnualReportPOL).
