Gurnee library to host session on cutting the cord

The Warren Newport Public Library in Gurnee is hosting an information session for adults considering cutting the cord, dumping satellite or just seeing what TV alternatives are out there thanks to the internet.

The class will be led by reference librarian Rachel Murray and will include a look at the streaming options available online, including Netflix, Hulu and more. The class will run from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in Meeting Room B at the library, 224 O'Plaine Road, Gurnee.

The event is open to the first 50 who sign up. To register online visit the library's events calendar at wnpl.info.
