Free vaccines, exams for students July 30 in Mundelein

Students can get free vaccines and physical examinations for school or athletic activities July 30, at Mundelein High School, 1350 W. Hawley St., Mundelein.

Free exams and vaccinations will be given between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. The services are free for students who have Medicaid or who do not have health insurance. The services will be provided by Advocate Children's Hospital.

Service is first come, first served. All children must be accompanied by a parent, and they should bring immunization records. Students must be between the ages of 4 and 18.

Children who receive a physical exam or vaccinations will receive free backpacks and school supplies from American Dream Realty.
