Schneider hosting community briefing on 2020 Census

U.S. Rep. Brad Schneider will host a community briefing on the 2020 Census from 6 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 23, at Waukegan city hall, 100 N. Martin Luther King Jr. Ave., Waukegan.

This is an opportunity for 10th District constituents to get answers to their questions about the Census and hear from local partner organizations about steps they are taking to make sure everyone is counted. The event is free and open to the public.

Groups participating in the briefing are Forefront, Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund (MALDEF), Common Cause - Illinois, Waukegan Public Library, city of Waukegan, Lake County Immigrant Advocacy and YWCA Lake County.
