Images: Suburban Easter egg hunts

Many communities around the suburbs held Easter egg hunts, including Gurnee, Downers Grove, Palatine and Wheaton. The Easter Bunny has also been sighted at egg hunts, Woodfield Mall and even a senior center.

More than 100 children scrambled for 3,000 plastics eggs at the Aurora Advent Christian Church's fifth annual Easter Egg Scramble April 13. Selected eggs contained blue and gold tickets good for varied prizes.
