* What are the most important issues facing your community and how do you intend to address them?

Flooding Issues - Install new underground retention stations.

Install a new water tower.

Maintain streets through street sufficiency studies.

Economic Development - TIF District , Redevelopment of Irving. Park Rd and bring in new businesses and help older ones through Street Scape Facade Program.

* What makes you the best candidate for the job?

8 years (2terms) as Alderman Ward 4 , also sat on every board as Chairman and or Jr Vice Chair . I am also Deeply Committed to the Residents and their concerns.

* Describe your leadership style and explain how you think that will be effective in producing actions and decisions with your village board or city council.

As a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran I use the Rank and Structure platform used by the Military. Everyone has a job and everyone does there job, with opportunity to cross train as needed to fill in when someone is down or needed elsewhere.

* How would you describe the condition of your community's budget, and what are the most important specific actions the town should take to assure providing the level of services people want?

8 years of Balanced Budgets with strong Reserve's . Not to spend beyond our means and to pay off debts as quick as possible. City Projects done in a very timely manner .

* What's one good idea you have to better the community that no one is talking about yet?

Development of underutilized land such School Street Retention Pond , maybe a walking and exercise track and fishing piers or rent paddle boats.
