Infrastructure - Continue to devote energy and resources to the comprehensive improvement and updating of infrastructure system. Economic Development - Continue to seek new businesses and cultivate existing businesses by continuing to pursue a positive business environment through the use of financial tools, civic improvement, and the use of the arts in economic development.
