The 12th Annual Forecast North Chicago will be held Thursday, Feb. 28 at the Greenbelt Cultural Center, 1215 Green Bay Road, North Chicago. Keynote speakers include: North Chicago Mayor Leon Rockingham, Jr., Great Lakes Naval Station Great Captain Raymond Leung, Lake County Board Chair Sandy Hart and others.
