Partners for Our Communities fundraiser set for Friday in Palatine
Partners for Our Communities will host a fundraiser from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 25, at Durty Nellie's, 180 N. Smith St. in Palatine.
Donations will support IComplete, a program designed to break down barriers of access, provide academic support and increase opportunities for underserved children to participate in organized sports, clubs and other community programs.
The tailgate-themed event will feature a basket raffle, door prizes, auction items and a 50/50 raffle. There also will be a band. Tickets will be available at the door for $20 per person. Guests wearing their favorite sports team attire will receive two free raffle tickets.
