Rep. Schneider hosting 3 open houses Jan. 7

After his swearing in this week as a member of the 116th Congress, U.S. Rep. Brad Schneider will host New Year Open Houses at his district offices in Lincolnshire, Round Lake Park and Waukegan on Monday, Jan. 7.

The events are open to the public. Constituents are invited to meet Schneider and his staff, share what is on their minds and learn more about the ways his office may be able to help.

This is also the grand opening of Schneider's new Waukegan Satellite Office at Waukegan City Hall. In 2019, the Waukegan office will be open on Tuesdays from noon to 5 p.m. and Wednesdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The open houses are set for:

• Round Lake Park, 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Jan. 7, Avon Township Office, 433 E. Washington St.

• Waukegan, 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., Waukegan City Hall, 100 N. Martin Luther King Jr Ave.

• Lincolnshire, 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., 111 Barclay Blvd., Suite 200.
