Palatine library offers study zones

Palatine Public Library District will host a special study zone for teenagers starting Monday, Dec. 17. Running from 1 to 8:30 p.m. through Thursday, Dec. 20, the first-floor story rooms at the Palatine library will be open to teens looking for a quiet place to study during high school finals week. Teenagers may bring snacks and visit the reader assistance desk to get a de-stress kit while supplies last. The special study zone is for high school freshmen to seniors. For more information, call (847) 358-5881, ext. 132, or visit palatinelibrary.org. The library is at 700 N. North Court.
