$100 to help sister with multiple sclerosis

Today's recipient of a $100 bill through the Believe Project is Noreen Huffman of Hoffman Estates. Here is an excerpt of her story:

"I know someone who could benefit from this thoughtful project ... my sister.

"She unfortunately had to quit her job due to mobility issues and has a diagnosis of multiple sclerosis. It has been difficult for her, but she has not given up hope of finding a job she can possibly do from home.

"In the meantime, she is crocheting the most beautiful blankets to sell and I'm helping to supply the yarn. She could use a little help."

• The Believe Project is awarding at least $100 each day in December to people with good ideas for how to use the money to do a good deed for someone else. If you'd like the chance to help someone, today is the deadline to submit your idea at events.dailyherald.com/believe/.
