Police: Crystal Lake couple intended to sell drugs
Crystal Lake Police have charged a married couple who live on the 300 block of E. Crystal Lake Avenue with intending to deal drugs, according to authorities.
Police searched the home of James Fulton, 64, and Robin Fulton, 58, on Monday and found drugs the couple intended to sell, according to a news release issued Tuesday by the department.
Crystal Lake police used a search warrant to enter the home at around 6 a.m. Monday, found drugs and arrested James Fulton, who was at home. Robin Fulton was arrested later in the day.
The couple has been charged with possessing cannabis with the intention to deliver, possessing a controlled substance and possessing a controlled substance with the intention to deliver.
Crystal Lake Police gained a search warrant to the Fulton home as part of an ongoing narcotics investigation, according to authorities.
