Aurora police searching for man who exposed himself to 11-year-old girl

Aurora police are seeking the public's aid in identifying a man who allegedly exposed himself to an 11-year-old girl Tuesday morning, according to a post on the department's Facebook page.

The girl was walking to Jefferson Middle School when a man sitting in an older, white sedan parked on the 1000 block of Charles Street called her over. She refused to go over to the man and as she walked by she saw that the man had his pants down and was touching himself.

The girl said the man was black, around 25 to 35 years old, and was wearing blue jeans and a dark T-shirt.

The girl immediately reported what had happened to an administrator at the school when she arrived, but police could not find the man when they checked the area.

Anyone with information about the man is encouraged to call police at (630) 256-5500 or Aurora Area Crime Stoppers at (630) 892-1000.
