No injuries reported in Bartlett house fire

No one was injured in a house fire Saturday afternoon in Bartlett, officials said.

Firefighters were called to the 400 block of South Oak Glenn Drive at 2:37 p.m., according to a news release from the Bartlett Fire Protection District.

Crews arrived on the scene at 2:41 p.m., and fire was extinguished around 3 p.m., the release said.

According to Battalion Chief Mike Clarke, heat from the fire caused some damage to the siding of neighboring home.

No injuries were reported, but the damage left one house uninhabitable, the release said. Damage estimates were not immediately available, and the fire is under investigation.
