Trans-Siberian Orchestra returning to Rosemont Dec. 28

The Trans-Siberian Orchestra will bring its Winter Tour 2018 to the Allstate Arena in Rosemont for two performances Dec. 28, the band announced Monday.

This year's 20th anniversary tour, a presentation of TSO's "The Ghosts of Christmas Eve," features founder/composer/lyricist Paul O'Neill's story of a runaway who finds her way into a mysterious abandoned theater. The tour launches Nov. 14 in Green Bay, Wisconsin, and will visit 65 North American cities before wrapping up Dec. 30 in Milwaukee.

Beginning Monday through Aug. 31, the Winter Tour 2018 will begin its "12 Days of TSO Verified Fan Registration" where all fans can sign up at tso.tmverifiedfan.com/ for exclusive access to the best tickets for the best price before tickets go on sale to the general public.

Presales for the Rosemont performances, scheduled for 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. Dec. 28, will begin for TSO fan club members at 10 a.m. Sept. 7. Fans who are not members of TSO's fan club, and who have registered during the "12 Days of TSO Verified Fan Registration," will have the opportunity to participate in a Sept. 11-12 presale.

Tickets go on sale for the general public Sept. 14. A portion of every ticket sold will benefit select local charities, according to the band.
