Fundraiser for fire victims Aug. 21 in Rolling Meadows
Rolling Meadows' new sports bar will host a fundraiser Tuesday, Aug. 21, to support Wheeling High School students affected by the condominium fire July 18 in Prospect Heights.
Rep's Place, 3200 Kirchoff Road, will accept donations of $10 per person during an event from 4 to 8 p.m. All proceeds will be donated to the school to support the affected families, organizers say.
There also will be raffle tickets for sports memorabilia and gift certificates, and food and beverage specials.
