Woodfield Trolley starts summer schedule

Schaumburg's Woodfield Trolley offers daily service from Memorial Day through Labor Day as a convenient way to navigate the village's key destinations.

The village offered the service last summer and provided close to 7,000 rides.

Summer service hours are every 30 minutes from noon to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday, every 20 minutes from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturdays, and every 30 minutes from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sundays.

The trolley is free and provides service to nine stops including Woodfield Mall, Streets of Woodfield, Woodfield Village Green, IKEA and the Schaumburg Renaissance Hotel and Convention Center. Roosevelt University is a flag stop.
