Teen hit by car near Batavia High

A 15-year-old boy was hit by a car Wednesday morning while crossing Wilson Street, Batavia police said.
It happened at 7:15 a.m. in the 1100 block of West Wilson.
The boy was crossing the two-lane road from the north side to the south, when he was struck by a Nissan Rogue headed east.
He was taken to Delnor Hospital in Geneva. No information was available about the extent of his injuries.
There are no cross streets on the 1100 block of West Wilson. There is an apartment complex on the north side.
Batavia High School is on the 1200 block, on the south side of Wilson.
No tickets have been issued, and the crash is still under investigation.
