District 62 hosting forum on Illinois School Report Card
Des Plaines Elementary School District 62 will host a community engagement forum at 6 p.m. Tuesday, May 22, at Chippewa Middle School, 123 N. 8th Avenue in Des Plaines.
Officials are seeking feedback regarding what staff, parents and the community would like to see in the state's School Report Card.
"The state has hosted a few forums on this topic, however we believe that staff, parent and community input is extremely valuable," Director of Strategic Initiatives and Accountability Victorene King said in a news release. "District 62 has chosen to host this additional forum to provide our learning community with the opportunity to share your thoughts with us."
District 62 will then provide feedback received to the state for their consideration.
