Award for Flint Creek Watershed Partnership
Flint Creek Watershed Partnership in the Barrington has received a regional award for its work. Lake County Stormwater Management Commission officials last week presented the 2017 Stewardship of the Year Award to Flint Creek Watershed Partnership, which is a collaboration among several governmental organizations and nonprofit groups. There also is participation from homeowner associations and volunteers. Accepting the award on behalf of Flint Creek was coordinator Faye Sinnott and management board members Janet Agnoletti, Bob Lee and Sam Oliver.
