Blood drive in Grayslake

LifeSource will be on site at Grayslake Area Public Library, Wednesday, Dec. 27, 1 to 7 p.m. to collect blood for local patients. The donation process, including registration, medical interview, mini physical, donation and refreshments takes an hour. Donors must be in good health and feeling well that day, at least 17 years old (16 years old with signed parental consent form) and weigh at least 110 pounds. All donors must bring a valid ID. All eligible donors will receive a coupon for a free large one-topping pizza from Papa John's and a LifeSource Holiday ugly Sweater T-shirt.
