Driver ejected in rollover crash on I-88 near Route 47

A sport utility vehicle crashed around 6:15 a.m. Wednesday, blocking the right lane of Interstate 88 east of Route 47, according to the Sugar Grove Fire Protection District.
The vehicle slid down the embankment and the driver was ejected from the vehicle, according to reports.
The driver, who was the sole occupant, was taken to Presence Mercy Medical Center in Aurora with injuries that appeared to be nonlife-threatening, fire Chief William Perkins said.
There were no other vehicles involved in the crash.
