Lake Villa library has new circulation chief
Lynn Firman has been named head of circulation services at Lake Villa District Library.
Firman began her career at the library in 2004 and has served as the assistant head of circulation the past seven years. The Ingleside resident replaces Debbie Rosen, who retired after 32 years with the district.
Firman oversees a staff of 25, which includes circulation, inter-library-loan and shelving. She brings a strong library-patron focus to the position and is dedicated to helping her staff develop strong customer service skills.
