Boat tours of Island Lake begin June 25
Guided pontoon boat tours of Island Lake highlighting historic points of interest will take place at 4 p.m. Sunday, June 25 and two dates next month.
Individuals or groups are welcome, but reservations are required. A $10 donation benefits the Historical Society of Island Lake. Contact Liz Nelson at lizznelson@me.com or (847) 609-9050 for more information and to reserve a seat.
Tour dates and times next month are 5 p.m. Wednesday, July 5, and 4 p.m. Sunday, July 9.
