Woman wants to replace her mom's aging bathtub
Here is a picture of my mom's bathtub. The reason I feel my mom needs a new bathtub makeover is because she lives by herself and needs something easier for her to get in and out of.
Her bathtub is very old and she cannot get in or out without using a chair. The faucet leaks and the tile is old and mildews. She doesn't have the money to replace her bathtub with something easier and more efficient.
She lives in Villa Park and has been in the same house for 50-plus years. I think this bathtub is the same one I used to take baths in!
Her name is Margaret Giles and she is 78 years old. Please add her into the contest and I hope she has a shot and getting a new bathtub!

With your mom living by herself, safety in the tub/shower is going to be paramount when we are evaluating her bathroom remodeling project, so we would definitely suggest installing a walk-in shower.
We would start with a low threshold base to allow for safe entry and exit from the wet area of the bathroom and we also have a wide array of seats that can be installed in the shower, which is one of our most sought-after options when we're doing a project in a senior home.
Adding a new tower caddy to hold all of her personal care products would be another recommendation. In looking at her existing tile and grout, any one of our patterns would be a huge improvement on the maintenance side (very low maintenance!), but our Bianco Mirazzi marbled pattern would certainly spice up the eye appeal for the entire bathroom.
