Museum of Illusions coming to Chicago

Families visiting Chicago will soon have another location beyond Millennium Park's “Cloud Gate” sculpture to have fun with perspective and mirrored surfaces. That's because the Museum of Illusions has announced it will open a Chicago location in summer 2020.

The all-ages attraction will be located within the Loop at 25 E. Washington St., and feature visual and educational exhibits designed to tease the senses. Holograms, stereograms and optical illusions will fill the museum to show the science of how the eyes can trick the mind.

The Museum of Illusions has 18 global locations, with U.S. footholds in New York, Dallas and Kansas City. For more information, visit museumofillusions.us.
