I prepared a Ham, Pear, and Swiss, stuffed Croissant Pocket, with Sweet Squash Cream of Squash Soup.

I thought this dish was perfect at the end of summer meal.

I love the ingredients and squash can be used in so many ways.

The thing I liked the most about this process was doing a different take on a store bought hot pocket. The aspect that seemed difficult was what cheese to use.

My testers loved the way the sweet and savory flavors worked together.

No real surprises this time, I loved all the ingredients.

I love the soup and sandwich presentation; I think it looks great when plated.
