Dining events: Beer, barbecue and bottomless Bellinis

Muttersholtz Fest

Long Grove's Bavarian-themed taproom Buffalo Creek Brewing is turning one, and to celebrate, owner/brewmaster Mike Marr is hosting Muttersholtz Fest featuring beer, barbecue and bluegrass from noon to 10 p.m. Saturday, July 21. Included in the price of admission is a plate of barbecue from either BBQ'd Productions, Steamboat BBQ or Chicago Culinary Kitchen; live music by bluegrass bands such as Fox Crossing Stringband and Henhouse Prowlers, and beer from Buffalo Creek Brewing's menu.
