At Work contestants choose healthy options

Members of the At Work teams put away the junk food and began stocking up on healthy snack options as they focused on nutrition. Having the support of other team members made choosing fruits and veggies over chips and sweets a little easier.

Team WOW of WINGS Program, Inc., located in Palatine, organized a healthy potluck and invited all employees to join. Team captain Judy Flint said, "Everyone seemed to enjoy and we are talking about doing this on a regular basis."
