Concerts and safety
I am an 84-year-old who has lived in Elk Grove Village since 1962. I read your editorial opinion on Sunday, April 25, and the article on the same page by Veronique de Rugy of Creators Syndicate.
If the editors read her article, they would find out there is an overreaction to the cleanliness needed to prevent the virus. I was not in favor of what our mayor wanted for the events for our village until I read de Rugy's article.
My only opinion is he should either require people to show they are vaccinated or wear a mask.
