Keep up stress on using data in reporting
As a recently retired quality manager, I say, "Bravo" for Jim Baumann's piece on the use of data in your reporting and by your data watchdog Jake Griffin.
As we say in Quality, without good data it is just an opinion.
Keep up the good work of finding the facts and using data to report the truth.
